The first session and costs

First Session 

I offer a free 30 minute consultation for us to get to know more about each other. This is a perfect time for you to ask me any questions to ensure I feel like the right fit for you. In this 30 minutes we will look through and discuss an agreement to work, where I will tell you more about my confidentiality policies and what you can expect from me. This lays out the boundaries of counselling to make everything clear and open from the start.

This is an opportunity for you to get to know me and decide if I am the right counsellor for you and if I offer what you are looking for.

Cost

The fee for individual counselling is £45 per session (sessions are approximately 1 hour). If you are on a low income or experiencing financial difficulties then it may be possible to negotiate a reduced fee.

Cancellations

Missed appointments with no notice or with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the usual rate.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged.
